Frances Petty

Frances was born in 1897 in Keighley, Yorkshire, England.¹ Frances' father was Francis Petty and her mother was Ann Jane (Petty). Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Petty and Sarah Bottomley. She had two sisters named Beatrice Annie and Selena. She was the youngest of the three children.
