Thomas Cockshott

Thomas was born in September 1837 in Beamsley, Yorkshire, England.¹ Thomas' father was John Cockshott and his mother was Elizabeth (Cockshott). His paternal grandparents were Dennis Cockshott and Nancy Petty. He had a brother and two sisters, named Denis, Ann and Mary. He was the youngest of the four children.
