Charles The 3., known as The Simple, was born on September 17th, 0879.  The Simple's father was King Louis The 2. (The Stammerer) of The Carolingian Dynasty and his mother was Queen Consort Adelaide of The Girardids Dynasty.  His paternal grandparents were Emperor Charles The 2. (The Bald) of The Carolingian Dynasty and Queen Consort Ermentrude of The Udalriching Dynasty. He had two half-brothers named Louis The 3. and Carloman The 2..  He died at the age of 50 on October 7th, 0929.
