Cirl was born in 1884. Cirl's father was Isak Spiler and her mother was Beile Ziffer. Her maternal grandparents were Shelomo Samuel Ziffer and ?. She was the third of four children. She had two brothers and a sister, named Salomon Hersch, Leib and Gitel. She died, at the age of 1, in 1885.
