Rowena, known as Winnie, was born on May 10th, 1976.  Winnie's father is Ruperto Mangalino Capulong and her mother was Loreta Bernabe.  Her paternal grandparents were Miguel Celso Capulong and Gertrudes Mangalino. She has two brothers and a sister, named Boy, Noy and Nheng.  She is the youngest of the four children.
