William Wise

William was born about 1847 in Sri Lanka.¹ William's father was William Thomas Wise and his mother was Esther Askey. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Askey and Elizabeth Sophia Unknown. He had a sister named Esther. He was the younger of the two children.
