JANE POOLE

JANE was born before July 24th, 1823 in Stoke Pero, Somerset and her baptism took place on July 25th, 1823 in Stoke Pero Parish Church, Somerset.¹² JANE's father was HUGH POOLE and her mother was MARY HOOPER. Her paternal grandparents were James Poole and MARY Westarn; her maternal grandfather is JOHN HOOPER and her maternal grandmother was MARY SULLEY. She had six brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Hugh, William, Thomas, Hugh, Mary, Sarah and Elizabeth. She was the eighth oldest of the ten children. She died on January 15th, 1887 in Reg Dulverton Q1 1887 v5c p259.³
