Edith Maud POOLE

Edith Maud was born about May 1887 in Barton Regis, Bristol.¹ Edith Maud's father was Charles Thomas POOLE and her mother was Emma Amelia Godwin. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas POOLE and Jane Sullivan; her maternal grandparents were Frederick George Godwin and Maria Hawker. She had six brothers and a sister, named Albert Charles, William Thomas, George Henry, Frederick John, Charles Francis, William Edward and Beatrice Ethel. She was the second oldest of the eight children.
