Ibrahim was born on March 21st, 1915.  Ibrahim's father was Mohd. Aref Essa Al Ashmawi and his mother was Husna Al Atabani Suwar Al Dahab .  His paternal grandparents were Aref and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Suwar Al Dahab and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and a sister, named Mohd., Abdulhamid, Fouad and Zakayah.  He died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 81 on February 9th, 1997.
