Ramon was born on May 7th, 1925 in El Palau d'Anglesola (Pla d'Urgell). Lleida. Catalunya. and his baptism took place on May 10th, 1925 at El Palau d'Anglesola (Pla d'Urgell). Lleida. Catalunya. Església de Sant Joan Baptista conducted by priest Josep Montanyà.1   His godfather was Francesc Salvia Pasqual and his godmother was Josep Salvany Yyyy.  Ramon's father was Joan Salvia Sangles and his mother was Constància Salvany Sabaté.  His paternal grandparents were Francesc Salvia Pasqual and Teresa Sangles Coll; his maternal grandparents were Josep Salvany Yyyy and Magdalena Sabaté Yyyy. He had two sisters named Teresa and Concepció.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 77 on March 24th, 2003 in Lleida (Segrià). Lleida. Catalunya..1
