Jaume Pons Saltó

Jaume was born on October 17th, 1710 in Ivars d'Urgell (Pla d'Urgell). Lleida. Catalunya. and his baptism took place there conducted by Pere Segarra.  Jaume's father was Jaume Pons Yyyy and his mother was Cecília Saltó Yyyy.  His maternal grandparents were Isidre Saltó Xxxx and Margarida Xxxx Yyyy. He had a brother and eight sisters, named Ramon, Maria, Francisca, Francisca, Cecília, Mariagna, Magdalena, Magdalena and Ana.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.
