James Motion

James was born on June 18th, 1828 in Glasgow. James' father was Alexander Motion and his mother was Jean Brown. His paternal grandparents were James Motion and Jean Alexander. He had a brother and three sisters, named Malcolm, Agnes, Agnes and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the five children.
