Isaac was born about 1834 in Kingsbury, Somerset, England.1   Isaac's father was James Lock and his mother was Mary Best.  His maternal grandfather is Joesph Best and his maternal grandmother was Grace Best.  He was an only child.  He died on March 26th, 1909.
