Eliza's father was Rev Jeffery Williams and his mother was Frances Jackson.  His maternal grandparents were Dr Randle Jackson and Mary Eccles. He had a brother and two sisters, named Jeffrey, Mary and Jane.  He died on July 21st, 1802.
