Gretl was born on November 12th, 1916.  Gretl's father was Ottmar Holzinger and her mother was Daniella (Ella) Neuburger.  Her paternal grandparents were Elkan Holzinger and Klara Weiss.  She had a brother and a sister, named Chanan (Ernst) and Elizabeth Klara.  She died at the age of 77 on December 8th, 1993 in Great Neck, NY, USA.
