William

William was born in 1687. William's father was Christen V King of Denmark and Norway and his mother was Charolotte Amalia Princess of Hesse-Cassel. His paternal grandparents were Frederick III King of Denmark and Norway and Sophia Amalia Duchess of Brunswick-Luneburg. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway, Christen, Christen, Charles, Sophia Hedvig and Christiana. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 18 in 1705.
