Noah was born on March 6th, 1832.  Noah's father was Zenas Webster and his mother was Parnell Palmer.  His paternal grandparents were William Webster and Anna Hodge; his maternal grandparents were Ezekial Palmer and Mary. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Hiram, Cordelia, Pamelia and Caroline.  He was the youngest of the six children.
