Otto III King of Germany's father was Otto II King of Germany and his mother was Theophano of Byzantium.  His paternal grandparents were Otto I King of Germany and Adelheid of Italy; his maternal grandparents were Konstantin Skeleros and Sophia Phokas. He had two sisters named Adelheid and Othelendis Princess of Saxony.
