Hendrik Vroom

Hendrik was born in 1822 in Utrecht.  Hendrik's mother was Antonia van Elk (Vroom).  His maternal grandparents were Hendrik van Ellik and Hendrika van Elk / van Dijk. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Albertus, Johannes, Jan, Petronella and Maria Elisabeth.  He was the third youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 84 in 1906 in Schiedam.
