Hermanus Straatman

Hermanus was born on June 6th, 1848 in Utrecht.  Hermanus' father was Hermanus Straatman and his mother was Johanna Margaretha van Veen  (Straatman).  His maternal grandfather was Johannes van Veen and his maternal grandmother is Geertruij Susanna  Drijverman. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Johannes, Johannes Gijsbertus, Antje, Sara, Geertruida Susanna, Sara, Anna Margaretha and Johanna Margaretha.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 63 on December 13th, 1911 in Utrecht.
