Rozália was born on September 8th, 1861 in Atkár, Hungary.  Rozália's father was Sándor Csuzdi and her mother was Borbála Bella.  Her paternal grandparents were Jószef Csuzdi and Erzsébet Kádár. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Gábor, János, Krisztina and Mária.  She was the oldest of the five children.
