Rozál was born on March 2nd, 1885 in Gyöngyöshalász, Hungary.  Rozál's father was István Csuzdi and her mother was Viktória Frecskó.  Her paternal grandparents were Gábor Csuzdi and Rozália Molnár. She had four brothers and four sisters, named János, Lajos, József, Miklós, Erzsébet, Viktória, Mária and Ilona.  She was the fourth oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 71 on March 14th, 1956.
