Franklin Pope Porch

Franklin was born in 1880 in Tallapoosa County Alabama. Franklin's father was James Alexander Porch and his mother was Cornelis Frances Stinchcomb (Porch). His paternal grandparents were James Wright Porch and Martha Monday Spratling (Porch). He had three brothers and two sisters, named James, Bud Rile, Robert, Mattie and Frances. He was the oldest of the six children. He died as a result of a natural hazard (e.g. earthquake, volcano, wildfire, flood or Tsunami), died from injuries suffered from a falling tree, at the age of 23 on May 31st, 1903. He was buried in Bice Cemetery.
