Парасковья was born in 1706 in Ерзовская деревня Усть-Ницинской слободы.  Парасковья's father is Дмитрей Яковлевич Шаров and her mother is Марина Леонтьевна-Шарова.  Her paternal grandfather was Яков Шаров and her paternal grandmother is Пелагея Ивановна-Шарова. She has two brothers and a sister, named Афанасий, Василей and Анна.  She is the second oldest of the four children.
