"Haarfanger" Yngling and his mother is Gyda Hoerdeland, ov.  His paternal grandfather was Halfdan "the Black" Yngling and his paternal grandmother is Ragnhild Ringerike, ov. He had three brothers and a sister, named Siggtrygg, Frode, Thorgils and Alof Aarbod.
