Radslav was born in 1582.  Radslav's father was Jan Dlask Vchynský z Vchynic and his mother was Anna Pouzarová z Michnic.  His paternal grandfather was Václav Vchynský z Vchynic and his paternal grandmother is Anna Vøesovic, z; his maternal grandfather was Jan Pouzar z Michnic and his maternal grandmother is Kateøina Malovic, z. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Václav, Vilém, Oldøich, Rudolf, Jan, Kateøina, Anna, Sabina, Eliška and Ester.  He died at the age of 78 in 1660.  He was buried in chrám sv. Pankráce, Leyden.
