Nicolas Rene Fontette, de

Nicolas Rene was born in 1782 in Troyes. Nicolas Rene's father was Jean Geraud de Valois-St. Remy Fontette, de and his mother was Brigitte Foignot. His paternal grandfather was Pierre Fontette, de and his paternal grandmother is Jeanne Vincent. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Charles, Nicolas Geraud, Pierre Geraud, Jean Baptiste Laurent, Charles Armand, Edmee Brigitte, Marguerite Brigitte, Marie Madeleine, Edmee Victoire and Etienette Therese. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 18 in 1800.
