Alton was born on June 13th, 1909.  Alton's father was Zeferino Alberghini and his mother was Augustine Serra (Alberghini).  His maternal grandparents were Serra and Adele (Serra).  He had a brother and a sister.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 71 on June 25th, 1980.
