Caroline was born on April 10th, 1856 in Guttenberg, Clayton County, Iowa.  Caroline's father was Friedrich Heinrich Stutheit and her mother was Caroline Wilh. Doroth. Beckmann.  Her paternal grandparents were Gerhard Heinrich Stutheit and Meta Margaretha Neuhussen; her maternal grandparents were Friedrich Wilhelm Beckmann and Anna Maria Fanderding. She had a brother named Friedrich.  She died at the age of 70 on April 2nd, 1927 in Elk Creek, Johnson County, Nebraska.



Caroline's family

Caroline and Christoph were married in a religious ceremony on September 27th, 1877 in Benton Precinct, Nebraska.  They had a daughter named Emilie.
