Leander Page was born on November 22nd, 1842 in Springfield, Bradford, Pennsylvania, USA.1 Leander Page's father was Seth Sherman and his mother was Catherine Ann Brown. His paternal grandparents were John L. Sherman and Sarah "Sally" Sherman. He had three brothers and a sister, named Wesley Vaughn, David B., Dudley S. and Elsie J.. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 21 on September 7th, 1864 in Richmond, Independent Cities, Virginia, USA. He was buried on October 8th, 1864 in Fries Cemetery.2 3 -
