Rufus Leroy was born in August 1824 in Kentucky, USA.1 Rufus Leroy's father is Leroy Payton and his mother is Nancy Smith. He was an only child. He died at the age of 83 on December 27th, 1907 in Paragon, Morgan, Indiana, USA. He was buried in Union Christian Cemetery.
