William McKay McCartney 
William McKay was born on December 16th, 1811 in Kentucky, USA.1 William McKay's father is James McCartney and his mother is Sarah Lowery. He had three sisters named Martha, Jane and Ellen. He died at the age of 76 on February 8th, 1888 in Jefferson County, Indiana, USA. He was buried in Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery (aka Blocher Cemetery).
