Rev. Robert was born on June 12th, 1806 in North Carolina, USA.1   Rev. Robert's father was William Davis and his mother was Martha Howard.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 77 on August 13th, 1883 in Walker County, Alabama, USA.  He was buried in Davis Cemetery.2
