James Browne

James was born in June 1640 in Nantucket County, Massachusetts, USA.¹ James' father was John Browne and his mother was Sarah Walker. His paternal grandparents were Martin Browne and Grace Cook; his maternal grandfather is James Walker. He had six brothers and six sisters, named John, Jacob, Jacob, Thomas, Stephen, Samuel, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary and Joanna. He died at the age of 36 in 1676 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts, USA.²
