Randy was born on June 26th, 1956 in Monticello, Sullivan, NY.  Randy's father is Joseph Pere and his mother is Shirley Pere.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Pere and Edith Pere.  He had a brother and two sisters, named Rocky, Karen and Kathy.  He had a half-brother named Raymond.  He died from cancer at the age of 48 on September 11th, 2004 in Graceham, Frederick, Maryland.
