      David L Robinson
      Oct. 26, 1918 - April 18, 2006
      Milan -- David L Robinson, 87, of Milan died Tuesday at St Joseph Hospital, Ann Arbor, following a brief illness.
      Friends may call from 5 to 9 pm, Thursday at Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, where services will be held at 11am, Friday, burial will follow at Marble Park Cemetery.
      Born Oct 26, 1918, in Dundee Township, he was the son of Clarence and Grace(Rankin) Robinson. He married Estella R. Meads Feb 15, 1941, In Bowling Green, Ohio.
      Mr Robinson was a farmer and raised registered Brown Swiss cattle. Later he was a recieving clerk at Wolverine Plastics of Milan until transferriing to Alma.
      He served in the Navy during World War II, from 1944 to 1946, Aseaman first class, he served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater.
      Mr Robinson had lived in Alma but returned to Milan in 1984. He enjoyed rose and vegetable gardening.
      Surving are his wife; a daughter in law, Carol Robinson of Toledo; two sisters, Margaret (Lorain) Fisk of Dundee and Norma (Roy) Mansfield of Elmhurst, NY; four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
      He was preceded in death by a son, David W. and a brother; Donald.
      Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
