David was born on October 26th, 1918 in Dundee Township Monroe County Michigan.¹ David's father was Clarence Robinson and his mother was Grace Rankin. His maternal grandparents were William Henry Rankin and Amy Ursla Kimpton. He had a brother and two sisters, named Donald, Margaret and <Unknown>. He died at the age of 87 on April 18th, 2006 in St Joseph Hospital, MI. The funeral took place on April 21st, 2006 in Milan, MI and was arranged by Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home. He was buried on April 21st, 2006 at the Marble Park Cemtery.²²
