Frank Paisner

Frank was born in 1891 in Russia.  Frank's father was Hymans Paisner and his mother was Dora. He had three brothers and four sisters, named David, Charles, Louis, Sophie, Rose, Julia and May.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
