William Hunter

William was born in 1812.  William's father was James Hunter and his mother was Martha Elizabeth Crowel.  His paternal grandparents were Joshua Hunter and Mary Conegenton; his maternal grandparents were Edward Crowell and Martha Rabun. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, James, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Sarah, Martha and Mary.  He was the third youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 79 in 1891.
