John Fletcher Deem

John was born on November 15th, 1855. John's father was Jacob Abraham Deem IV and his mother was Jane Sams. His paternal grandparents were Hiram Deem and Martha Sams. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Ozias, Moses, Hiram, Elizabeth, Cincinnatus and Mary. He was the fifth oldest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Emily.
