Tetsuzou was born on April 24th, 1903 in 高崎市.¹ Tetsuzou's father was 町田友吉 and his mother was Riu Watanabe (渡邊りう). His paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and まつ; his maternal grandparents were Yukichi Watanabe (渡邊諭吉) and Ima NA (イマ). He had three brothers and four sisters, named 重太郎, 政吉, 孝三郎, わか, たつ, つる and はな. He died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 84 on April 23rd, 1988 in 東京都小金井市. He was buried in April 1988 at the 持法寺.
