    Comments: Robert and Mary Moulton were the parents of six siblings who mi grated in the Ormesby Company.
    In the name of God Amen. I, Robert Moulton of Scratbye in the County of N orffs [Norfolk] yeoman, beinge sicke in bodye but p[er]fect in minde an d memory doe make this my last will and Testament: ffirst I doe give my S oule unto my mercifull Creator, and my mercifull and Sweet Redeemer, An d my Bodye to the ground. And as for such temporall goodes as God hath en dowed me with, I bequeath, and dispose of them as followeth: ffirst I giv e and bequeath unto my wife Mary Moulton, foure of my best milch Cowes, a nd all my plate whatsoever, to have the full use of it duringe her natura ll life, and then to be equally devided amongst all my children in genera ll w[hi]ch shall then be livinge, when as it shall please God that she sh all departe this life. Item I give unto the said Mary my wife foure of m y best featherbedds, full furnished as Nowe they stand, Tenne milke bowle s & foure cheesefatts foure chaires one table, and six stooles, & three s mall cushion stooles one Cupboard, a dozen and halfe pewter, 2 brasse pot ts, three kettles, two chests; Item I give unto my daughter Mary Nudd, Te nn pownds of lawfull money of England to be paid halfe a yeare after my d ecease by my Executors, Item I give unto Elizabeth my daughter five and f forty pownds of good and lawfull money of England to be paid by my Execut ors conditionally that she leaveth her cowe, but otherwise if she taket h her Cowe then she is to have but fforty pownds, the one halfe to be pai d at the feast of the Purification of our Lady Mary next followinge, an d the other halfe at or upon the five and twenty daye of December, Anno D [omi]ni 1634: Item I give and bequeath unto Mirean my daughter fforty pow ndes of lawfull money of England to be paid by my Executors three yeare s next after my decease vizt, one half at the feast of St. John Baptist a nd the other halfe at the feast of the Nativity of our Lord Christ whic h shall happen three yeares after my decease, as aforesaid; Item I give u nto Ruth my daughter fforty pownds of like money of England, within fiv e years after my decease to be paid her by my Executors alsoe at two seve rall payments, vizt at the feast of St. John Baptist and the Nativity o f our lord Jesus Christ, as aforesaid; Item I give unto Robert Moulton m y grandchild fifteen pownds of the money of England to be paid him in th e like manner when he shall come and approach to the age of one and twent y yeares. I give unto Mary my grandchild Ten pownds of money of England t o be paid her alsoe when she shall approach to the age of one and twent y yeares. Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Henry Moulton Tenn pownd s of lawfull money of England to be paid him when my Executors shall thin k fitt, and convenient, And I give unto Henry Moulton my grandchild the S onne of Henry Moulton of Yarmouth five pownds of like money to be payd hi m at the age of seventeene yeares. Item I give unto Henry Moulton my gran dchild the sonne of John Moulton of Hemesby Ten pownds to be paid him a t the age of eighteene yeares Item I give unto Robert Nudd my grandchil d Tenn shillings, Item I give unto all my servants now beinge with me thr ee shillings four pence to each of them. Item I give unto my sister Mar y Bowton widdowe the summe of eight and twenty shillings a yeare during e her naturall life, to be paid every month equally 2s 4d a moneth; All t he rest of my moveable goods and Chattells whatsoever unbequeathed I giv e and bequeath them unto my three sonnes that is to saye; unto John Moult on of Hemesby, James Moulton and Thomas Moulton, which three sonnes I als oe doe make my Executors of this my last well and Testament; Also my mind e and will is that James my sonne shall have the house wherein I now dwel l at Scratby w[I]th the appurtenances thereunto belonging And also all th e Land both free and Coppy that I purchased of Simon Marston & William Ba spoole now belonginge to the said house and Tenement, to him and his heir es. And my minde and will is, that my sonne Thomas shall have my house a t Ormesby wherein one John Palmer now dwelleth with the appurtenances an d all the landes thereunto belonginge and layinge in the bounds of Ormsby , to be alsoe to him and his heires, ffurthermore my minde and will is th at in consideration I have given and bequeathed my house and lands unto m y sonnes James and Thomas, therefore that the said James shall paye or ca use to be payd, the summe of three score pownds of lawfull money of Engla nd unto my sonne John, And alsoe that Thomas [illegible] summe fforty pow nds of the like money at such times and dayes as they shall best thinke f itting and convenient; Item I give unto Thomas Browne and Adam Goodings o f Caister five shillings a piece to each of them and to Hugh Barron of Bi llockby five shillings alsoe, to be paid at the will of my Executors. I n witness of this my last will and Testament, I have herewith sett my han d and seale this eight daye of October in the ninth yeare of the raigne o f our Soveraigne Lord Charles by the grace of God, of England, Scotland , ffrance and Ireland kinge, defender of the faith Anno Do[mi]ni 1633: (N b) that my two sonnes James Moulton and Thomas, are to be allowed three p ownds of each of them out of the moveable goods, for certaine Bullocks wh ich were late sould:
