Caleb was born on October 8th, 1643 in Hingham.  Caleb's father was Mr Thomas Lincoln and his mother was Mrs Margaret W Langer.  His maternal grandparents were Mr Richard Langer and Mrs. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Joshua, Caleb, Thomas, Daniel, Ephraim, Susanna, Mary, Sarah, Elizabeth and Ruth.  He was the oldest of the eleven children.  He died due to a childhood disease in Hingham.
