This John Peter Kehl is the husband of Salome (Sarah) Weiser, who is the daughter of Frederick Weiser and the grandaughter of Conrad Weiser.

I, John Kehl of Miles Township in the County of Centre being very sick and weak in body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and Ordain this my last will and Testament in the manner and form as follows to wit, ___ It is my will and desire that all the Estate which I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease, being in the County of Centre aforesaid, shall be sold to the best possible Advantage as soon as Conveniently may be after my decease, and the Monies arising therefrom shall be equally divided among my four children viz Frederick and Jacob Catharine and Eve (my Legal Debts being first paid) and as for the Land which I hold in the County of Lycoming, it is at present leased to Jacob Miller and Cannot be sold until the Lease is Expired ~ without the said Miller will give up the lease, but it is my will and desire that the same be also sold as soon as it falls into the Hands of my Executor either by giving up or the Expiration of the said Lease, and the monies arising therefrom, to be applied to, or divided among my four children aforesaid. And lastly, I do Nominate and Appoint Philip Wohlfort my sole Executor of this my Last will and Testement, hereby Revoking and Disallowing all for 17th day of May A.D. 1812. mer wills and Testaments by me made, and Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament.
