- In 1662 with Thomas Donnell he bought the Edward Johnson homestead in York from John Pearce and sold his half in 1684 when he was living at Spruce Creak. In 1667 Mr. Robert Elliot paid his fine for swearing and blasphemy. Andrew had been swearing basphemously many desperate oaths, for which he was reproved by Robert Mendum who was one of the grand jury. Andrew sore "again, very desperately, several oaths and said he would put the said Mendum in his pocket"
Gowen Wilson gave Andrew 11 acres of his lot on Brians Point on Spruce Creek as a marriage dowry, June 2nd 1684
He later lived in Kittery and was a ship-builder. He constructed a sea-wall to connect two islands and protect the barbor. Haley's Island is named for him.
