Mr John Gray

John was born about 1767 in Hagerstown. John's father was Mr Peter Gray and his mother was Mrs Eve Kreider. His paternal grandparents were Mr John Gray and Mrs Catherine; his maternal grandparents were Mr Joseph Kreider and Mrs Eve. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Peter, Adam, George, Catherine, Eve, Mary Ann and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eight known children. He died on December 17th, 1848 in Patton Twp. He was buried at the Gray's Cemetery.¹
