Noel Van Vliet

Noel was born on December 27th, 1959. Noel's father is Louis Francois Van Vliet and his mother was Joy Dorothy Murrell. His maternal grandparents were Rex Neville Murrell and Dorothy Ellen Scanes. He has two brothers and a sister, named Gavin Louis, Andrew and Cheryl. He is the youngest of the four children.
