Gabrielle Delacour 
Gabrielle was born in 1987. Gabrielle's father is Mr Delacour and her mother is Mrs Delacour. She has a sister named Fleur. She is the younger of the two children.Here is a link to the TNG Page

During the Triwizard Tournament, in which Fleur was the champion for Beauxbatons, Gabrielle was chosen along with Cho Chang, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley to be the underwater "bait" for the champions to rescue. When Fleur did not manage to rescue Gabrielle, Harry Potter saved her.
Gabrielle attended Beauxbatons.
