Benjamin was born on March 17th, 1754.1   Benjamin's father was John Wentworth and his mother was Abigail Wentworth.  His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Wentworth and Elizabeth Wentworth; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Millet and Love Bunker. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Millet, Thomas Millet, Andrew, Andrew, Joanna, Abigail and Susanna. He had six half-brothers named Paul, John, Benjamin, Nicholas, Abra and Samuel.  He died at just 28 days old on April 14th, 1754.1
