Charles was born on September 25th, 1765.  Charles' father was Timothy Walker and his mother is Esther Walker.  His paternal grandparents were Timothy Walker and Sarah Walker; his maternal grandfather is Joseph Burbeen. He had a brother named Timothy.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 68 on July 29th, 1834.
